Using the commissioned work for any Generative AI-training purposes, claiming the work as your own, or any commercial or non-commercial (print of pamphlets, t-shirts, mugs, etc.) distribution are prohibited, unless discussed otherwise.

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

This commission is for personal use only.

For commercial use, please DM or email for further discussion.

Credits are appreciated by including a link or tag @awandhaway (@_awandhaway specifically for Instagram) when uploading commissioned work on your personal platform.

I retain ownership over the commissioned artwork. Thus, the completed artwork shall be included in my portfolio and social media, unless requested otherwise.

Kindly fill the order form first.

Once I receive your order form, I will send you the invoice.

The commission begins once you have completed the payment.

It takes 3-14 days and up to 1-2 months to complete the commission; depending on factors such as the work's complexity, health, or personal reasons.

Please let me know if the commission must be completed within a certain deadline.

Free 3-times revision is included in the starting prices. Additional fee shall be charged after the sketch stage.

Revision is highly advised during the sketch review and considered if it is something that can be added on (e.g. missing props, rough coloring, adding accessories, etc.) or a color adjustment (solid background only).

Modifying the entire artwork (e.g. changing pose or accessories, color palette, composition, etc.), however, will be considered as a new, separated commission.

During the process, feel free to request the WIP (work-in-progress) or discuss anything needed for the commissioned artwork. Less communication shall be taken as approval for creative liberties.

Final artwork shall be uploaded on Google Drive for 3 days. Be sure to download it before the link expires.

All pricing and accepted currency is in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via Bank Mandiri, GOPAY, or ShopeePay.

Payment must be done 100% upfront or 50% upfront + 50% after the sketch approval.

Payment must be made within 2 days after order confirmation. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Do not send any payment before I confirm your order and send you the invoice.

There are no cancellations and refunds once I start working on the commission.

Refunds will only be made if I cannot start working on or unable to finish the commission.

Dilarang menggunakan karya komisi untuk segala bentuk penggunaan pelatihan Generative AI, mengklaim karya sebagai buatan pribadi, atau pendistribusian ulang secara komersial atau non-komersial (cetak pamflet, kaos, gelas, dll.), kecuali didiskusikan secara lain.

Saya berhak menolak permintaan komisi untuk alasan apa pun.

Komisi ini hanya untuk penggunaan pribadi.

Untuk penggunaan komersial, silakan DM atau email untuk diskusi lebih lanjut.

Mohon cantumkan kredit dengan mencantumkan link (tautan) atau tag @awandhaway (@_awandhaway khusus untuk Instagram) apabila mengunggah karya komisi pada platform pribadi Anda.

Saya mempertahankan kepemilikan atas karya yang telah dibuat. Karya yang telah selesai akan disertakan dalam portofolio dan media sosial saya, kecuali diminta secara lain.

Isi form pemesanan terlebih dahulu.

Setelah formulir pemesanan diterima oleh saya, tagihan akan dikirim kepada Anda.

Komisi dimulai setelah Anda melunaskan pembayaran.

Penyelesaian komisi 3-14 hari hingga 1-2 bulan; tergantung dari beban kerja, kesehatan, atau faktor lainnya.

Mohon beritahu jika komisi harus diselesaikan dalam batas waktu tertentu.

Gratis 3x revisi sudah termasuk dalam harga awal. Lebih dari itu, setiap revisi akan dikenakan biaya tambahan.

Revisi sangat disarankan pada tahap sketsa dan dipertimbangkan jika itu terkait penambahan (misal: menambahkan aksesoris, warna yang kurang merata, dll.) atau mengubah warna latar (khusus warna polos).

Revisi keseluruhan konsep (misal: mengubah pose, palet warna, komposisi, dll.) dianggap sebagai pesanan baru.

Selama proses pengerjaan, jangan ragu untuk meminta WIP (work-in-progress) atau mendiskusikan hal-hal yang dibutuhkan dalam karya komisi yang Anda pesan. Minimnya komunikasi akan dianggap sebagai persetujuan atas kebebasan berkreasi.

Hasil akhir karya komisi akan diunggah pada Google Drive selama 3 hari. Pastikan untuk segera mengunduhnya sebelum tautan expired.

Pembayaran melalui Bank Mandiri, GOPAY, atau ShopeePay.

Pembayaran wajib dilakukan 100% di muka atau 50% di muka + 50% setelah sketsa disetujui.

Pembayaran harus dilakukan dalam waktu 2 hari setelah konfirmasi pemesanan. Jika tidak, maka komisi dibatalkan.

Saat komisi mulai dikerjakan, tidak ada pembatalan atau pengembalian dana.

Pengembalian dana hanya akan dilakukan apabila saya tidak dapat mulai mengerjakan atau menyelesaikan komisi.
