Terms of Service
Placing an order means agreeing to the following conditions.
General & Usage
This commission is for personal use only.
You are NOT ALLOWED to use the commissioned work for any Generative AI or NFT purposes, any commercial or monetized distribution are prohibited, or claiming the work as your own.
There will be separated discussion for commercial or monetize usages. Please reach me through email ([email protected]) or Discord (awandhaway) for further discussion.
Credits are appreciated by including a link or tag @awandhaway when uploading commissioned work on your personal platform.
Disclaimer
Commission prices may be vary, depending on the details.
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
I retain ownership over the commissioned artwork. Thus, the completed artwork shall be included in my portfolio and social media, unless requested otherwise.
Order Processing
Kindly fill the order form first.
Once I receive your order form, I will send you the invoice.
The commission begins once you have completed the payment.
Work Process & Revision
It takes 3-14 days and up to 1 month to complete the commission; depending on factors such as the work's complexity, health, or other reasons. Please let me know if the commission must be completed within a certain deadline.
Free 3-times revision is included in the starting prices. Additional fee shall be charged after the sketch stage.
Revision is highly advised during the sketch review and considered if it is something that can be added on (e.g. missing props, rough coloring, adding accessories, etc.) or a color adjustment (solid background only).
Passing the sketch stages, modifying the entire artwork (e.g. changing pose or accessories, color palette, composition, etc.) will be considered as a new, separated commission.
During the process, I will send you the comission progress periodically. Less communication shall be taken as approval for creative liberties.
Final artwork shall be uploaded on Google Drive for 3 days. Be sure to download or copy your commission file before the link expires.
Transaction
Payment via bank transfer (Bank Mandiri) or e-wallet (GoPay / ShopeePay)
Payment must be done 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch approval.
Refunds will only be made if I cannot start working on or unable to finish the commission. Otherwise, there are no cancellations and refunds once I start working on the commission.

Informasi Umum & Penggunaan
Komisi ini hanya untuk penggunaan pribadi.
Dilarang menggunakan karya komisi untuk segala bentuk penggunaan Generative AI atau NFT, pendistribusian ulang secara komersial atau monetisasi, atau mengklaim karya sebagai buatan pribadi.
Akan ada diskusi secara terpisah untuk penggunaan secara komersial atau monetisasi. Silakan hubungi saya melalui email ([email protected]) atau Discord (awandhaway) untuk diskusi lebih lanjut.
Mohon cantumkan kredit dengan mencantumkan tautan atau tag @awandhaway (@_awandhaway khusus untuk Instagram) apabila mengunggah karya komisi pada platform pribadi Anda.

Total harga komisi dapat bervariasi, tergantung pada detail karya.
Saya berhak menolak permintaan komisi untuk alasan apapun.
Saya mempertahankan kepemilikan atas karya yang telah dibuat. Karya yang telah selesai akan disertakan dalam portofolio dan media sosial saya, kecuali diminta secara lain.
Proses Pemesanan
Isi formulir pemesanan terlebih dahulu.
Setelah formulir pemesanan diterima, tagihan akan dikirimkan kepada Anda.
Komisi hanya akan dimulai setelah pembayaran lunas.
Proses Pengerjaan & Revisi
Penyelesaian komisi 3-14 hari hingga 1 bulan; tergantung dari tingkat kerumitan karya, kesehatan, atau faktor lainnya. Mohon beri tahu apabila komisi harus diselesaikan dalam batas waktu tertentu.
Gratis 3x revisi sudah termasuk dalam harga awal. Lebih dari itu, setiap revisi akan dikenakan biaya tambahan.
Revisi sangat disarankan pada tahap sketsa dan dipertimbangkan jika itu terkait penambahan (misal: menambahkan aksesoris, warna yang kurang merata, dll.) atau mengubah warna latar (khusus warna polos).
Lewat dari tahap sketsa, revisi secara keseluruhan (misal: mengubah pose, palet warna, komposisi, dll.) dianggap sebagai komisi baru secara terpisah.
Selama pengerjaan, saya akan kirim perkembangan komisi secara berkala. Minimnya komunikasi akan dianggap sebagai persetujuan atas kebebasan berkreasi.
Hasil komisi diunggah pada Google Drive selama 3 hari. Pastikan untuk segera mengunduh atau salin ulang hasil komisimu sebelum tautan kadaluarsa.
Transaksi
Pembayaran melalui bank transfer (Bank Mandiri) atau e-wallet (GoPay / ShopeePay)
Pembayaran wajib dilakukan 100% di muka atau 50% di muka + 50% setelah sketsa disetujui.
Pengembalian dana hanya akan dilakukan apabila saya tidak dapat mulai mengerjakan atau menyelesaikan komisi. Selain dari itu, maka tidak ada pembatalan dan pengembalian dana saat komisi dimulai.
